Inclement Weather Policy.

Court Closures pursuant to Supreme Court Order No. 8000 miscellaneous.

The delay or closure of the courts due to inclement weather will be tied to the closure of the local school district where court or judicial business is held. (For example the Clovis District Court will follow the Clovis Municipal School District delay or full closure.) If the local schools are not in session please listen to the local radio stations. If inclement weather occurs during the day, the Chief Judge may order the court to close early.
